As a functional consultant, you will serve as the link between the customer's business needs and the technical solution, translating complex requirements into clear, user-friendly solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The role involves leading customer workshops, mapping business processes, and collaborating closely with project managers and developers to deliver tailored implementations. You will also support customers during acceptance testing, training, and launch while leveraging the latest technologies, including AI, to build customized solutions.
