About this role

The Fund Accountant Manager oversees accounting operations and resolves accounting issues for a variety of clients, serving as the main contact for domestic and international fund accounting operations. This role involves managing the team supporting daily accounting operations, coordinating annual audits, and ensuring accurate Net Asset Values (NAVs) for mutual funds, CITs, ETFs, and other pooled vehicles. The position requires collaboration with clients, external service providers, and internal teams to maintain procedures, controls, and high-quality financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee accounting operations and resolve issues for mutual funds and pooled vehicles
Prepare and review SEC filings and financial statements for annual and semi-annual reporting
Manage team performance, conduct appraisals, and facilitate onboarding of new clients

Skills

Qualifications

BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent professional experience
