Fund Administration - Ogier Global

This role supports the Manager in the Investor Services team by overseeing the administration and management of Investor KYC and Registrar & Transfer Agency Services for a portfolio of investment fund clients. The position involves processing subscription and redemption activities, maintaining shareholder registers, and ensuring timely delivery of dealing confirmations and investor reports. It also requires conducting investor KYC and AEOI due diligence in compliance with Cayman Islands regulations and preparing FATCA/CRS reporting files.
