Fund Development Director

The Fund Development Director leads the organization's efforts to build a sustainable philanthropic model by increasing private revenue and strengthening donor engagement. This role is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive fundraising program that reduces reliance on government funding while expanding individual, corporate, foundation, and planned giving. The position serves as a key partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, driving fundraising strategy and cultivating a culture of philanthropy across the organization.
