Fund Development Manager – Individual Giving & Fundraising Events

The Fund Development Manager acquires, cultivates, and retains individual donors to support the organization's philanthropic goals while managing an assigned donor portfolio. This role leads individual giving efforts, including annual giving, recurring giving, and alumnae engagement, while supporting major gift moves management and fundraising event logistics. The position requires collaboration with marketing teams to design donor acquisition and retention strategies and maintaining accurate records in the fundraising CRM.
