About this role

The Fund Governance Analyst supports Wellington Management's US Wealth channel growth by partnering with legal, compliance, product, and risk stakeholders to build out the US Funds platform. This role plays a key part in delivering against the firm's growing 1940 Act platform by supporting execution, coordination, and analysis across commingled fund initiatives for US retail investors. The position ensures fund initiatives are delivered in line with internal governance standards, regulatory expectations, and fiduciary responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Maintain policies and procedures for the 40 Act fund platform
Support approval frameworks and escalation processes for fund decisions
Provide legal, regulatory, and board administration support
