Funder

The Funder is responsible for the funding and disbursement of all refinance and purchase closings, ensuring files are balanced and funded without delay. This role involves communicating with internal and external parties to handle customer inquiries, review funding documents, and prepare checks, wires, or transfers. The position also requires closing out files and managing post-closing funding issues such as refunds and returned tax checks.
