Furnace Operator

This role involves operating gas, electric, and carburizing furnaces, including managing start-up and shut-down procedures. The position requires performing hardness checks, operating fire extinguisher and crane hoist systems, and conducting Magnaflux testing for cracks. Additionally, the employee must adjust conveyor speeds, operate company computer systems and fork trucks, and maintain quality and safety standards.
