Furnace Tech

The Furnace Tech is responsible for the setup and operation of Mag Cell equipment within production processes, following verbal or written instructions to meet production demands. The role involves troubleshooting complex machine malfunctions, performing routine maintenance and cleaning, and ensuring furnaces remain operational and efficient. This position requires collaboration with various teams to maintain department lean initiatives and 5S standards.
