Furnace Tender

A Die Caster or Metal Melter at Pace works in manufacturing to tend furnaces that re-melt nonferrous alloyed metals for the die casting process. This role involves loading and unloading materials, operating industrial trucks or hoists, skimming impurities from molten metal, and transferring metal to holding furnaces. The position requires physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in extreme heat near moving mechanical parts.
