Future Builders RCG Program - Homebuilding - Construction

The Homebuilding Recent College Graduate (RCG) position is a 6-month training program that places participants into Construction, Purchasing, or Land roles based on performance. The program develops interpersonal and technical skills through hands-on training, onboarding, and collaboration with experienced professionals, with high performers considered for full-time placement after completion. This is a temporary position focused on practical exposure to Lennar’s homebuilding operations.
