The Homebuilding Recent College Graduate (RCG) position is a 6-month training program within Lennar’s Future Builders Program designed for recent college seniors/graduates. Participants receive onboarding, hands-on training, and professional development with placement into a full-time role in Construction, Purchasing, or Land based on performance. The program is temporary and may lead to a full-time offer for high-performing participants depending on business needs.
