Future Fund Academy Team Member

This role involves shaping Academy engagement and communications to help employees discover and access learning opportunities across the Agency. The position focuses on delivering practical improvements to Workday Learning, managing new-starter orientation, and overseeing the delivery of Essential Learning and selected Academy programs. The ideal candidate will utilize data and feedback to enhance learner experience and program performance while building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
