BCS Swim School
A part-time deck watcher ensures the safety of swimmers and staff by monitoring pool activities and enforcing safety guidelines in a student-centered environment. The role requires alertness, knowledge of rescue and emergency medical procedures, and the ability to respond calmly to situations in and around the water. Candidates must pass a pre-employment physical and skills test and report to a supervisor during shifts.
