Futures Analyst

This role supports the Chief Futures by developing and applying practical foresight methods for the SWDA Futures Office, conducting horizon scanning, and producing analytical products. The position involves structuring uncertainty, designing analytical approaches, and facilitating futures work across various domains to support leadership deliberation and strategic planning. The role also focuses on building futures literacy and maintaining knowledge infrastructure within the organization.
