The Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) Triage and Liaison at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona is the primary coordinator for receiving and evaluating reports of suspected FWA and facilitating investigations. The role ensures timely assessment and documentation of cases while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to route and escalate matters appropriately. This position also supports system optimization for FWA detection and serves as backup coverage for related reporting roles.
