Galvanizer

The Galvanizer sets up, operates, and tends hot-dip galvanizing equipment to immerse steel parts in molten zinc for corrosion protection. This role involves foundational support tasks and training toward independently performing the full hot-dip galvanizing process, including pickling, spinning, and quality verification. The position requires monitoring machine operation, operating overhead cranes and forklifts, and ensuring all safety precautions are followed during production.
