About this role
This role is a game day receptionist and switchboard operator position within the Boston Red Sox People & Culture team. The employee will staff the front desk during home games and concerts, serving as the first point of contact for callers and in-person visitors. The position also supports basic office hospitality tasks, such as stocking beverages and snacks. Hours are scheduled around event times, including evenings and weekends.
