Game Economy Designer (f/m/d)

The Game Economy Designer will join the Idle Bank Tycoon team at Kolibri Games in Berlin to own and evolve the in-game economy and monetization systems. The role focuses on building and refining economic models, progression systems, and in-game events to support long-term player engagement and sustainable revenue. You will work in a fast-paced, agile environment, using player data and community insights to inform economic decisions and future features. This position collaborates closely with designers, artists, and developers to ensure the economy is deeply integrated into the overall game experience.
