Gaming Support Tech

The Gaming Support Tech is responsible for the repair and maintenance of building games, simulators, and technical equipment while assisting guests and maintaining ideal player conditions in the midway. This role involves delivering an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games, ensuring equipment cleanliness, and managing merchandise and ticket inventory. The position requires technical and/or electrical skills, strong communication abilities, and the flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
