GaN RF Power Amplifier Design Intern

The RF Power Amplifier Design Intern will work with the RF Power Product Design team to design high power GaN transistor products for various markets. The role involves learning RF device handling, biasing, data capture, and EM simulation, followed by designing and testing impedance matching networks. This internship provides hands-on experience in a key discipline while building professional relationships and taking ownership of a business-critical project.
