Garden Center Merchandiser

The Garden Center Merchandiser serves as the face of Costa Farms in retail garden centers, maintaining brand standards and optimizing product presentation to ensure a positive customer experience. This position is responsible for the care, display, and replenishment of products in store, as well as maintaining accurate inventory and upholding high merchandising standards. The role requires working independently across multiple retail locations, managing time effectively, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet operational expectations.
