Gas Power Controls Team Lead

This role leads the team responsible for building and selling Operator Training Simulators (OTS) to Gas Power customers, driving strategy and process improvements to enhance project execution. The position involves guiding the development of hardware and software platforms, identifying new features, and partnering with Product Management to deliver high-fidelity simulation capabilities. The role also focuses on developing marketing strategies, service business models, and metrics to track project delivery while supporting customer site acceptance testing.
