Gate Greeter

The Gate Greeter is responsible for managing the resort gate to ensure both security and exceptional hospitality for guests, owners, and vendors. This role involves greeting arrivals, controlling access, distributing parking passes and keys, and providing directional assistance. The position requires maintaining accurate records, utilizing the Property Management System, and serving as a liaison between guest services and security.
