Gateway Coordinator

The Gateway Coordinator serves as the central coordination point for all reforwarding shipments moving through the LAX Gateway, owning the shipment timeline and coordinating communication and execution between Origin, Airlines, Imports, Warehouse Operations, and Exports. The role involves overseeing end-to-end shipment coordination, managing documentation and customer service, and ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements. This position requires strong operational skills to monitor cargo status, address issues proactively, and maintain visibility of all gateway shipments.
