Gateway Select

Gateway Select is JetBlue's highly selective pilot pathway program designed to develop aspiring aviators into professional airline pilots through a rigorous training program. Candidates complete a comprehensive selection process to identify individuals with the aptitude, commitment, and professionalism to succeed as future JetBlue pilots. The program develops technical proficiency, sound decision-making, professionalism, and airline readiness through structured flight training and advanced simulator training. Upon successful completion, participants transition to JetBlue's First Officer new hire training program before beginning their careers as JetBlue pilots.
