GEAR UP Case Manager

The GEAR UP Case Manager provides comprehensive case management and mentoring services to middle, high school, and college freshmen students within the Casper College portion of the statewide GEAR UP grant. The role involves advising students and parents on college preparation, maintaining participant databases, and coordinating with school districts to support low-income students in achieving post-secondary readiness. This full-time, 11-month position requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering student success through direct engagement and administrative support.
