GEDSI Officer

The GEDSI Officer supports the implementation of WFP Lao PDR's Country Strategic Plan by ensuring the systematic integration of gender equality, disability inclusion, and social inclusion across all strategic outcomes and activities. The role provides technical leadership to embed inclusive principles throughout programme design, implementation, monitoring, and partnerships while helping the Country Office meet corporate accountability requirements. This position focuses on strengthening programme quality, evidence generation, and capacity building to address barriers faced by women, persons with disabilities, and other marginalized groups.
