AIG is building a new Generative AI team to explore and scale how AI can be applied across insurance and related services. The GenAI Change Management Specialist supports enterprise adoption of GenAI by guiding organizational change and ensuring initiatives are delivered successfully. The role partners closely with GenAI change management leadership to embed new ways of working and help drive cultural transformation across the company.
