An Outreach Facilitator for the International Rescue Committee’s Women’s Protection and Empowerment program focused on gender-based violence prevention and women’s empowerment in southern Ukraine. The role supports community-facing program delivery and contributes to strengthening outreach and program relevance across Odesa, Mykolaiv, and Kherson. This national position is based in Mykolaiv and reports into the WPE team.
