The Gender Equality Social & Disability Inclusion (GESDI) Specialist strengthens staff and partner capacity to ensure women, youth, and persons with disabilities are economically empowered and included in the Transforming Household Resilience project. The role ensures GESDI considerations are integrated across the project cycle, supports assessments, tool design, monitoring and reporting, and promotes inclusive beneficiary selection and participation.
