Pembina Institute is a Canadian clean‑energy think tank and registered charity that advocates for strong, effective policies to support Canada’s transition to a low‑carbon economy. It produces research, analysis, tools and practical policy recommendations across sectors such as electricity, buildings, transportation and oil and gas. Pembina works with governments, industry, communities and Indigenous partners to design and advance evidence‑based solutions that accelerate renewables, energy efficiency and other low‑carbon technologies.
