General Assistant

The General Assistant supports the Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) team by handling non-technical, administrative, and documentation work that enables NRTL staff to focus on technical activities. This role serves as a direct point of contact for clients, prepares cost estimates and proposals, maintains organized project records, and provides day-to-day support across project planning, execution, and billing. The position works closely with the technical team, cross-functional peers, and executive leadership to ensure smooth NRTL operations.
