General Counsel

A boutique venture fund and listed-company operating platform is seeking a remote or hybrid General Counsel to serve as its sole in-house legal lead, reporting directly to the Partners. The role oversees Cayman Islands fund operations, manages public company and board-level oversight, and ensures corporate and regulatory governance. The position requires managing outside counsel and navigating evolving digital asset regulations across Asia-Pacific and the US.
