PICO California
PICO California is seeking a strategic General Counsel to serve as the primary legal advisor, leading legal strategy, compliance, and risk management with a focus on 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and PAC structures. This role involves translating complex legal requirements into practical guidance to ensure the organization operates boldly while remaining compliant and protected. The position reports to the Deputy Chief of Staff and supports the organization's mission through strong legal and ethical practices.
PICO California is the largest faith-based community organizing network in the state. Our network is made up of nine local affiliates who organize across 18 counties, representing 500 congregations and nearly 650,000 Californians.
