General Counsel

The General Counsel serves as the company's chief legal, compliance, and governance officer, partnering with the CEO, Board, and executive team on legal strategy and risk management. This role builds and maintains the compliance infrastructure required for a regulated medical technology company, overseeing governance, litigation, regulatory, IP, and compliance functions. The position involves leading the legal and compliance team, managing outside counsel, and advising on corporate governance and risk.
