General Ledger Lead, Carboline

The General Ledger Lead oversees general ledger and financial close activities for Carboline within the RPM Performance Coatings Group’s PCG segment. This role ensures the integrity of financial records, timeliness of monthly and quarterly closes, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies. The position provides leadership to the accounting team, drives process improvements, and partners with business and finance leaders to resolve accounting issues and support strategic decisions.
