General Liability Claims Adjuster

Raphael & Associates is seeking an experienced General Liability Claims Adjuster to manage high-exposure general liability and excess liability claims involving significant financial exposure, complex coverage issues, and litigation. The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills to effectively manage claims through resolution while partnering with defense counsel, insureds, brokers, and internal stakeholders. This position involves investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex claims, establishing reserves, and negotiating settlements within authority. The ideal candidate will possess advanced coverage expertise and the ability to independently manage a complex caseload in a fast-paced environment.
