General Maintenance Technician

The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant, including conducting preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs, and building equipment and plumbing repairs. The role involves performing general maintenance duties such as fixing wall and floor covers, light plumbing, minor electrical repairs, and appliance maintenance. The technician will also handle painting, refurbishing, lock installation, and troubleshooting heating and cooling systems.
