General Maintenance

The General Maintenance position involves performing semiskilled duties in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and traffic control while assisting skilled maintenance workers with their assignments. The role requires maintaining, servicing, and conducting minor repairs on buildings and equipment, ensuring tools and equipment are in safe operating condition. The employee is expected to participate in training and meetings, follow safety practices, and complete other duties as assigned by the Director of Administrative Services.
