General Maintenance

This role is responsible for performing a variety of general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep duties across IBC Bank locations to ensure a clean, orderly, and healthy environment. The position involves maintaining grounds and interior spaces, conducting facility inspections, and managing basic maintenance tasks such as window washing, pest control, and document shredding. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various physical conditions.
