General Maintenance/Painter

The General Maintenance/Painter is responsible for maintaining the hotel's physical safety and functionality by performing painting, wall covering, and finish work across guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces. The role includes responding to service requests, conducting preventative maintenance inspections, documenting work, and managing painting supplies and equipment.
