General Manager - Albany, NY

The General Manager will lead day-to-day operations for a restoration partner location, owning the operating P&L and driving revenue, profitability, and market growth. This role sits within a high-growth, private equity–backed restoration platform and requires partnering with corporate leaders and other GMs to scale operations and deliver exceptional service. The GM is expected to foster a strong workplace culture, develop staff, and represent the brand in the community.
