General Manager - Execution & Asset Management

The General Manager - Execution & Asset Management leads and integrates the Project Execution & Asset Management organization, fostering alignment and collaboration across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Asset Management. This role ensures effective execution, establishes governance and standards, and manages critical interfaces with international partners across Israel, Europe, and MENA. The position requires scaling the organization for growth while preserving Enlight's core values and driving continuous improvement.
