General Manager, Idaho Seed Facilities

The General Manager provides strategic and tactical leadership for Illinois Foundation Seeds, Inc.'s Nampa and Melba, Idaho facilities, overseeing end-to-end operations including team development, health and safety, seed quality, and the annual seed production calendar. This role manages approximately 4 to 8 direct reports and a seasonal workforce of 30 to 80 crew members, ensuring the production of sweet corn seed and the deployment of corporate policies across both sites. The position is accountable for crop planning, grower relationships, seed conditioning, packaging, shipping, and maintaining consistent quality standards.
