About this role
The General Manager in Training (GMIT) program at Cinemark is a hands-on, fast-paced training pathway designed to prepare candidates for leadership roles running high-volume theatres. The role includes a 9-week immersive training period at a designated theatre and may require relocation within the region after successful completion. Candidates will work closely with experienced General Managers and the Cinemark Service Center to learn theatre operations and step in as acting GM when needed.
