General Manager, Service Center

Ryerson is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead a service center facility, overseeing day-to-day operations, sales, production, warehouse activities, quality assurance, shipping, logistics, maintenance, and administrative functions. The role involves driving a strong safety culture, establishing sales and profit goals, developing strategic plans for product growth, and ensuring the facility meets service, quality, and profitability targets. The General Manager will also be responsible for training and developing team members while building credibility and trust to deliver an excellent customer experience.
