About this role
The General Manager will lead Thales’ Defence-focused Secure Communications and Information Systems (SIX) business in Australia, responsible for delivering sovereign, secure capabilities to the Australian Defence customer. The role holds full accountability for business performance, strategy, delivery, and people leadership across teams in Sydney, Canberra and Perth, and involves building partnerships with defence customers, primes and technology partners. It also involves collaborating with global Thales businesses to bring solutions aligned to Defence priorities.
