About this role

The General Manager - West will lead Amae Health’s regional operations in Northern and Southern California to expand and embed the Amae care model. Reporting to the COO, the role focuses on growing presence, supporting clinics and corporate sites, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered outpatient psychiatric and primary care services. This Bay Area–based position requires travel to existing and future clinic locations and involvement in strategic and operational decision-making.
