About this role

The General Manager leads the commercial strategy, financial outcomes, and growth initiatives for Zoom Spaces, an AI-powered suite enhancing physical workspaces. This role collaborates with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to expand the business, focusing on hybrid work solutions, AI-driven innovation, and hardware ecosystem partnerships. The leader owns the P&L, defines go-to-market strategies, and represents the business to customers, analysts, and the board.

Responsibilities

Own the complete P&L for Zoom Spaces including revenue and margins
Define and execute commercial strategies for new buyer centers
Partner with sales to develop enablement and strategic deployment initiatives
Lead hardware and ecosystem strategy with device partners
Drive AI commercialization to convert features into customer outcomes
